SFMC HISTORY
​Solid Foundation Ministries Church (SFMC) was founded in September 2006 by Pastor Sean Robinson Sr. and Co-Pastor Teshecia Robinson. With a vision rooted in faith and passion for community, they began with just six members meeting in the intimate setting of their home garage. What began as a humble gathering of six members in their home garage quickly blossomed into a vibrant and growing congregation that quickly outgrew the space due to the rapid growth of the congregation. From those early days, the church has been driven by a deep commitment to faith, family, and service. With Gods guidance, SFMC have continued to grow, expanding out reach and impact within the community, while staying true to our foundational values. Today, SFMC Church stands as a testament to the power of faith, perseverance, and the unwavering belief that even the smallest beginnings can lead to great things.
Our SFMC Pastors
MEET OUR PASTORS
Pastor Sean C. Robinson, Sr. is the Senior Pastor of Solid Foundation Ministries Church, Inc, (SFMC) established in 2006, in Lakeland, Florida. Pastor Sean Sr. answered the call of God in 1993 when he attended Bible school. A year later he served under anointed men who taught and implemented the prerequisites of being a minister. After much service and dedication Pastor Sean Sr. and his wife answered the clarion call into full-time pastoral-ship, and established SFMC. Pastor Sean Sr. unique leadership style has propelled him to be a people’s leader. Average is not a part of his vocabulary.
OUR. SR PASTOR
​Those under his tutelage are pushed to go beyond what they could have ever experienced or imagined for their ministries and personal lives. Pastor Sean Sr. has a great anointing for evangelizing and street outreach which has enabled him to preach/teach to the incarcerated as well as those within communities. Pastor Sean Sr. strives to build a church by educating, equipping, and empowering individuals through the teaching of God’s holy word, and to make every individual feel welcomed. His compassion for God’s people is demonstrated in the way he leads the SFMC congregation. Pastor Sean Sr. obtains an Associate’s degree from Berean Bible College, along with being a licensed marriage therapist.
​Pastor Teshecia Robinson is the assistant pastor at Solid Foundation Ministries Church, (SFMC) in Lakeland, Florida, which was established in 2006. Pastor Teshecia (better known as Pastor “T”) life is a testimony of God’s redeeming power and an inspiration to those she meets.
She has overcome insurmountable obstacles in life and uses her life’s experiences to encourage women to rise above the pain, shame, and disappointment of their past. Pastor T. plays an integral role at SFMC, such as: preacher, teacher, women’s ministry, and marriage ministry. On October 24, 2010, Pastor T. was licensed and ordained a Pastor. Pastor T. is known for her honest perspective, and has the prophetic anointing operating in her life. She and Pastor Sean Sr. believe that family and community are key factors in church development.
